Counter Culture Coffee - Concepción Huista (Organic)

The towering mountains of western Guatemala are home to some of Central America's most interesting and high-quality coffees. This is undoubtedly true of coffee from the CODECH cooperative in the town of Concepción Huista. Between the high elevation, skilled processing, and rigorous quality control, these coffees pop with notes of cherry and apple and have a round, creamy body.
