KAÏA is crafted from organic, hand-harvested Chemlali olives, cold-pressed just hours after picking to preserve freshness. Harvested in November, when the olives shift from green to purple, KAÏA strikes a perfect balance — neither too smooth nor too pungent, but right in between.
