La Trinquelinette - Blackcurrant
In the small village of Saint-Léger-Vauban, La Trinquelinette has been making fruit preserves the traditional way since 1982. Each batch is prepared in copper cauldrons, where the heat stays steady and gentle, helping the fruit keep its bright color and full flavor.
Only ripe, seasonal fruit and unrefined cane sugar go into the pot. The cooking is brief, just long enough to bring out the essence of the fruit without masking it.
From their workshop tucked deep in the Morvan hills, La Trinquelinette carries on a simple philosophy — take good fruit, treat it with respect, and let nature do the rest.
